Each yoga class will offer a series of asanas (yoga postures) to enliven the body so one can feel energized and healthy. A deep relaxation to rest and restore the body at a cellular level and a brief meditation to balance the mind will follow the asana sequence. The class is an eclectic blend of yoga teaching styles that is open for the beginner and suitable for a seasoned practitioner.
